Salamanca is an ancient and friendly Spanish university city, 200 km northwest of Madrid, in the Autonomous Community of Castilla and León, in Central Spain. The University of Salamanca is a Spanish higher education public institution, located in the core of the city and in other campuses in our region. It is one of the oldest Universities in the world.
This year 2018 will mark the Eight Centennial of our University's foundation. A great occasion for joining us in Salamanca IAPL World Conference, hold jointly with the XXVI Iberoamerican Procedural Law Convention. This will certainly be a major event to discuss on the ultimate achievements of Procedural Law all over the world.
Therefore, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, the University and Salamanca authorities and the procedural jurists as well, I am glad to invite you to meet us in the middle of October 2018, in the monumental downtown of Salamanca, where everyone can appreciate the fond flavor of history, culture, youth and enthusiasm for learning.
